Compliance: Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF).
Confidentiality: Account credentials and trading-related information must remain confidential. Any unauthorized access to the Client’s account should be immediately reported to the Company.
5. Trading Platform
The Company will provide the Client with access to its trading platform.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the misuse or unauthorized access to the Client’s account.
6. Financial Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals: All deposits must be made in accordance with the payment methods specified on the Company’s platform. Withdrawals will only be made to the same account from which the deposit originated.
Fees and Charges: The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees, including transaction and maintenance fees, as outlined by the Company.
Currency Fluctuations: Transactions may be subject to currency conversion and exchange rate fluctuations.
7. Leverage and Margin
Leverage: The Company offers leveraged trading, which can amplify both gains and losses.
